New Plan Service
You tell us what kind of plan you’re looking for, bedroom configuration, square footage, lot size, rooms desired, exterior styles, and we’ll design a house to your specifications. The price includes one review and modification of the plans.
Presentation Drawings
Although many builders use our concept drawings for marketing, for a small additional fee we can also give you presentation quality renderings for marketing brochures, product flyers, and sales offices. These feature hard-edge drawings and computer generated type. They combine the best of artistic warmth and architectural style. Drawings are provided in electronic format as 300 dpi jpg files.
Portfolio Design
To prevent your new neighborhood from becoming a hodgepodge of competing styles, we will design a portfolio of homes that work with each other to create visual interest and architectural delight. Each of the homes is complete with multiple elevations to provide variety and appeal to a wide range of buyers. The homes are designed to be builder friendly, easy to sell, and easy to build.
Design Charette
If you need more extensive interaction with the design team, David Court and Bill Watkins will come to your office and spend two days going over your plans and developing a portfolio of houses. All your key people can participate in the design process. During a typical two-day charette, we will redesign one existing plan, and create three new compatible plans to go with it. We will provide 1/8 scale concept floorplans and two elevations for each house. You will be responsible for creating the construction drawings.

Plan Makeover Service
Send us your best selling plans and we will evaluate and redesign the floor plans for increased efficiency and buyer appeal. You can choose your alternative elevations from any of the available styles, or request a regional style that suits your market. Send us a set of true-to-scale prints along with any suggested revisions or problems you would like us to address.
Multiple Elevations for Visual Appeal
We believe that every floor plan should have multiple elevations. This creates different looks that appeal to different buyers, without having to start all over with a new floor plan for each house. By building a limited number of plans, you simplify the construction process and increase construction efficiency.
You can choose from any of the following styles in selecting your elevations: Traditional, Craftsman, Country French, Spanish, Cottage, or Farmhouse. If you have a particular style that works in your market, let us know and we’ll utilize that style for you.

The same house can be built with different elevations, and different floor plan options. This simplifies construction, while giving you more choices to offer to buyers.
While our plans are designed for ease of construction, they are filled with interesting interior spaces to attract buyers.
Plans can be developed for any size or price range home to fit your marketplace requirements.
